This full day training session is aimed at individuals with responsibility for implementing safer recruitment processes in their organisations, whether local authorities, children’s charities, community groups, churches or other organisations providing service to children, young people and adults who may be vulnerable. Its purpose is to explore how you can most effectively put into practice a range of processes and practices to help make your organisation safer for the client group and people you serve.
